Two-Parter Post
In order to stop the bot registrations that plagued us just before the crash, Magician disabled all new registrations. Fortunately, that was a short term solution. Registrations have now been turned back on. However, there is a catch.
Anime-Beta is now by invite only.
What this means to New Users
If you would like to join Anime-Beta but don't have an invitation, please send an email to userissues@anime-beta.com and I will personally invite you. If you can prove you're human by sending the email request in the first place, then you're welcome to our community! 
What this means to Existing Members
I know that many of you keep an eye on the ever-shifting flow of new and veteran cel collectors, and some of you already send invitations of your own to fellow collectors who might enjoy being part of the Beta community. For that, I am grateful. I hope that this new process will actually help you.
FYI, this process is fully voluntary. If you would like to participate, great! If not, no worries. 
Here's how it works:
By default, each of you has 0 invites. To gain some, please send me a PM or an email and I will up your count to 3. There's no set limit, though - if you happen to hand all three invites out, let me know and I'll provide you with more.

Thanks go to M for getting us back on track after the *kaboom-writhe-twitch-droooooool*. He has reset everything to its normal state (forced settings have been released and we haven't received any "lost account" emails in a week). If you have an issue, send us an email to - all together now! - userissues@anime-beta.com.
Also, thanks also go to all of you for the support through this involuntary transition. Comments and suggestions are welcome. After all, Beta is YOUR place.
