Re: The Tiny Kingdom Set
Congrats! Your figurines are very pretty, I can understand why you collect them. I see I have the same Rukia model as you. :^^: I also have a glass cabinet full of knick-knacks including anime models, stuffed toys and travel souvenirs. Each one has a story and looking at them always makes me smile. :)

Re: $Million Artwork Damaged by Cleaning Lady
LMAO...I find that contemporary art has isolated the mass audience......artists and curators can be so self-indulgent at times. What happened to communicating to the audience? Much of what is done now has been done before decades ago, time to move on or at least re-visit the fundamentals of art (whi...

Great Bleach updates as always! I love the pan sketch of Rukia in a kimono looking vulnerable (before being punched). And yes, Gin looks deliciously diabolical too

Re: The ultimate collector?
And here I was feeling guilty about how much space my cels, sketches and dry cabinets were taking
Yea, the way he stuffs the artwork in boxes and stacks them up makes him more like a seller (who doesn't care about cels) than collector.

Re: No turning back
I knew I wanted cels when I knew they were available for sale. But the prices for the series I watched weren't too friendly for a beginner.....so I waited and waited. Eventually I caved and bought a really cute Sasami cel from ebay. The moment I held it in my hands, there was no turning back. The co...

Re: Cel bags?
I have seen paint come off mylar so please don't use it for cels. It is however great for paper. Museums use them for long-term storage. I use both PE and PP bags for my cels. PP bags are clearer, easier to fold but tears more easily too. The ones I bought from bagsunlimited come with adhesive strip...
