Actual register mail is still around but the qualitifcations on the packing type are a nightmare, and the fee's gone way up and they don't do lock and key for international (only domestic) so all but useless i actualy don't have too much issues with 1st class mail, i send a couple hundred of them a ...

I heard from a seller in japan that the Japan Post is not shipping to the US currently for some shippers (individuals), don't think it's affected large shippers (rinkya and such) was wondering if anyone knew what was going on with this?
