I agree with what everyone has already said. It wouldn't be fair to all the people that vote for someone to win awards just by submitting, and not doing anything else.

Asura Cryin' 2 (despite not yet finishing the first season) and Railgun are about the only definates on my list so far. Armed Librarians and Kimi ni Todoke sound like they might be ok as well.
