Hello everyone, After stalking the cel shops many, many years ago, I'm at a loss as to which ones are still CURRENT and update their stock periodically. I know that cels have more or less dried up, but I'd love it if people can share some of the stores (very few I'm guessing) that update. Thank you!

I'm grateful for the responses thus far. I'm learning alot and the opinions of collectors really is what make up this hobby.

About the backgrounds.. I'm guessing they are handpainted most of the time? It's new for me too. ^^;;

they're not legit. - look at the starting price. Nothing authentic would have a price that low and without reserves. - the are all done in what appears to be the same black pen/ink.. looks sharpie and the paper is all the same.
