I've acquired 10 Strawberry Panic cuts from gyian2007 and have never had any problems with this seller.
If you did not receive the items as described in the auction, i would think that it's likely to be an honest mistake on the seller's part rather than any sort of scam.

I'll probably try for a few of the CCS items, as there are some really nice ones this time (looks like they're trying to make up for the total absence of CCS pieces in the previous BWA). That's a delightfully cute Shugo Chara layout! I also own a few sketches from this series, but have yet to get around to actually watching it. It looks like a really entertaining show, though.

There haven't been many interesting CCS cel auctions around lately, but i luckily did manage to get a nice Sailor Moon cel from Mandarake recently.
