I removed some top side paint from two of my Geese Cel's I recently received. Worst part is the correctional lines, so they off color have damage, I just said goodbye to a few to improve the image. I don't like doing that, but the paint was ruining the cel's appearance enough to warrant it.

No particular guidelines, just anything fatal fury cel or background related.
