The thing is, in that area there are many accumulation of what seems to be dust and small particles in between. I have tried to wipe them off with soft cloth from all 4 ...

Yep, I'd say it's from a Super S episode. To be honest that season isn't my favorite so I'm not very familiar with it, but I can't recall if Helios appears in the Super S movie. That shot looks like a scene when Helios is showing up in front of Chibiusa.
