Oh, I seem to get now. Thank you for your reply. When I put the cel with the poly bag in it inside of the Itoya sleeves, it'll pretty much help the cel not stick to the black sheet, but all I gotta do is cut the corners and 2 sides of the bag to ventilate it.

I have been storing mine just inside the sleeves of the Itoya that way since I started collecting cels and have not had that problem. going on 15 + years. I might add I store mine with the Itoya "spine" up and the "book opening" on the floor. That way the weight is on the itoya ...
