Number of pages to skip for an itoya portfolio 11x14?
I have recalled recently seeing somewhere that when storing cels, it is best to skip at least 3 pages every time you place a new cel in the binder. Is this true? It seems a little much, imo and I would like some sort of explanation if possible.

I'm a newer buyer and am wondering why cels like these https://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/b536929363 are listed as cheap despite being form a super popular show like Sailor Moon? I see that the cel is a bit faded, but that shouldn't make its price listed as below 50$ right? Is it an obvious fake? A...
