The last two years all I have bought cels from are E-Bay and Conventions (I guess that's considered Cel Dealers). I wish I could use a deputy service and Mandarake - but I dislike Paypal and putting in a credit card

In my 5 years of collecting I have never spent more than $150 (I think that was about 2 years into my collecting) for a cel in my collection.
