I can understand how easily it could happen! I guess it's not so easy to manage all of our orders! and it's human to make mistake too. In my case, i have never been refunded because SMJ was sure my cel was stuck to another one but it was not true... I don't know if SMJ asked to other SMJ account tha...

It's happened to me too ! i won this cel on 2007-12-25 (last year) but SMJ never send it to me ! http://img138.imageshack.us/img138/5682/lostvgaitd0.th.jpg I'm remember, SMJ told me that maybe it was stuck to an other cel (Bruno remembered this cel when i talked with him about my problem). I checked...
