As for giving an ATV to a 12 year old, that seems to be common sense - if many states bar older children from driving a vehicle with other teens until they're 21, why give a younger child a vehicle? Ultimately, it depends on the maturity of the child, but realistically, as many parents are biased w...

motorcycles now banned

90cc and under motorcycles are now banned for sale in the United States.

The sale or gifting of a 90cc motorcycle or ATV to a 12 year old is now illegal.

This will be all, thank you.

My wife collected my little ponies. she had a collection that was coveted by many in the MLP community. Even though she has not actively collected in years she still gets e-mails from people asking her questions about rare types and such. Ponies have fetched thousands of dollars and have sparked int...

I'd say that percentage wise it's about the same. It's that there is more animation out there in general which means that there will be more crap. However more gems come out also. Avatar really blew me away, I was thuroughly impressed with the series and felt that it upped the bar a notch even for j...

Actual gun ownership doesn't necessarily put you at more risk or less risk than someone who doesn't own a gun, except insofar that you may be targeted by an individual that wants your gun if they find out you have one. Also, if you point a gun at somebody -whether you are the robber or the er.. rob...

The rather nasty truth is if someone really wants to break into your house in a determined manner there's not really that much you can do about it. Luckily though the average burgler really only wants to hit something that's going to be as easy as possible to get into and away from. If your house h...

They tried it in Germany, 1938. Didn't turn out all that well if my history is correct. "The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to allow the subject races to possess arms" Hitler "To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them." George ...

Are you adding any color or just keeping it b&w? Also, what shop/artist are you using? The colour info can be seen in my post above ;) The colouring will be minimal, I like black & grey on its own but a little colour will really make sections stand out. The artist, Nicklas Westin, is Swedis...

I could go out and find all the statistics, reports, and information that make all of your comments false and post them up here. But you don't care so it would be useless. What I can tell you is that I have done extensive research on this subject and found that being afraid of a gun is baseless. The...

I am deathy afraid of guns, so there's no way I would ever own one. ^_^; I would get a dog, but I'm not a dog person at all. >_>;; I would really like to look into getting a stun gun though, if they are legal. But I WILL be always sure to have my pepper spray. ;) If you are afraid then take a class...

Sure, and your child can borrow it to finally blow away his classmates that where picking on him at school! You know..the two birds and one stone principle. Ah ok, so you are completely unknowledgeable on the subject. Thank you for your input. Oh spare me..please. Then please spare me the insult of...
