Thinning Out Anime Collection - YYH cel, misc. cels, xxxHolic manga

Hi guys! I've decided to thin out my anime collection a bit. I have a few anime cels - a rare YYH of Yoko Kurama. I also have some misc. cels as well and some xxxHolic manga in English text. http://www.ebay.com/sch/juniormintkiss/m.html?item=112049623628&ssPageName=STRK%3AMESELX%3AIT&rt=nc&a...

Well damn. I have DAR on the back burner until I can finish up my Pilgrim stuff.

Re: Any GSMD members here? Pilgrim descendants?

I've been doing more sleuthing, and I have tentative lines to these pilgrims: Isaac/Mary Allerton, William/Love Brewster, John Alden, and Richard Warren. So in total, that makes me a descendant of 7 Mayflower passengers (counting Gov. Bradford of course). Then there are my ties to the next ships tha...

Re: Any GSMD members here? Pilgrim descendants?

Well, if that isn't one heck of a family story, I don't know what is! Isn't it all just so interesting, though? And the "Triple Crown" achievement is grand. I have been so curious to see if my Williams line heralds back to the Revolutionary War, but I could only trace that line back to my ...

Any GSMD members here? Pilgrim descendants?

Geez...it's been a while since I last perused our great forum! Just curious if anyone here is a descendant of a Mayflower pilgrim. I am currently working on getting my line authenticated (have been working on it for 3 years now). I'm just a couple of marriage licenses away from confirming everything...

Re: New storage

I love it! If I ever get my anime room underway, I would seriously consider getting a similar setup. As of now, my most prized ones are in my husband's gun safe. Kudos to ya!

Glad to be back!

Wow, I have been MIA for some time now...but it's not without a good reason. On March 4, I gave birth to a studly baby boy, Ethan. He will already be a month old tomorrow (where does the time go?) Needless to say, I have been busy getting in the swing of things of how to be a mother. Love my kiddo! ...

Re: Help - Bent Cel!

Thanks for sympathizing with me...I decided to sandwich it between a couple of heavy record box sets and see if it helps somewhat. I know that I won't be able to fully flatten it out, but if I can minimize the crease then I will be fine with it.

Help - Bent Cel!

GRR! :kaioken I took my cels out to give them a good airing and wouldn't you know it, the very last cel I pull out has a bend in it. It's not a sharp crease; it looks like it just flopped over and got wedged in the storage box. The paint has not cracked either, so I'm hoping I can flatten it out som...
