But one thing that is important to note about YJ auctions is that most sellers will not ship outside of Japan, even if you do are able to converse with them in Japanese. So, you could do one of two things - 1) Make sure you ask the seller prior to bidding if they'll send outside of Japan and 2) In t...

I've never seen any of these shots in any of the galleries that I frequent.

But, that last one, the pan cel of Pluto w/ Garnet Orb, Siren & Crow, that one will likely cost you should you ever had the chance to run into it.

But, if I ever find them, or any other nice Crow cel, I'll let you know.

From now on I will bid my max. I've never had it happen to me before, and it sucks to get burned so bad in order to learn a lesson =_=~!. But even this could detrimentally backfire as well. I know you're no stranger to the YJ auctioning world, but there are many people who will keep hiking up the b...

I've had a seller do a similiar thing, however, I've been fortunate to have never seen it "for sale" at any other cel dealer's website. I think the latter part would make it more painful. Anywho, since this event, I've now resorting to only paying for the item when it arrives at the storag...

These sellers only hurt themeselves when they prohibit deputy bidders from winning their auctions. Wars between deputy services is what can jack up a 3,000 yen auction to 30,000 yen within minutes.

I'm surprised too to see how much those "Spirited Away" repros are going for as well. I would also take Pomidor's recommendation concerning the EVA cels on the BMA. The last Zenbu had quite a selection of *nice* EVA cels, and most of those ended up in the 100,000 yen range. Unless it's som...

I'm sure things will turn out for the best with your bunny. Animals are very strong, resilent creatures who can thrive even in the harshest environments.

This same user also bid on one of the Sailormoon charity cel auctions this morning and happened to win it. I've also noticed that this user has bidded on several of Nikki(mightnightdance)'s current SM cel auctions, and she might want to be alerted to the fact that this might be a bogus bidder. It's ...

I believe you're talking about one of my favorite sellers, Strike_vent. Speaking only for this seller, it's just a way of preventing image theft. This particular person doesn't sell fancels or any other cheap knock-offs. That's probably why he has some ubber pricey cels, and how most of them never s...

Just like in the real world, E-bay has idiots abound. I once had a transaction where, after receiving the item in excellent condition within a week of payment, I was slammed with negative feedback while she mentioned what a glowing transaction it was. (grumble) Anywho, I wouldn't worry about it. I t...

Display help request

Howdy! The local library has offered to display some of my cels in their display case for a month or two. The library never turns off the lights, so, these cels would receive quite a bit of artificial light exposure. However, since all I own are Toei Animation cels that are prone to line fading, I'd...

Most of the people I have purchased from domestically(US) have used one Priority mail box flattened down and had the cel wrapped in one of the cloth-like priority mail bags and then taped inside with a huge "do not bend" on the box. I've received several different versions of this format, ...

I think most fans wish more airtime was given to Chibichibi. She was a cutie. Chibichibi does appear in the Seramyu performances, but, while they retainned a lot of her personality, they also made her older(around 9 yrs old). Chibichibi as a 9 year-old repeating what Usagi says just doesn't work for...

Going by the manga version, I liked Artemis best since he seemed more realistic then Mamoru. How many men do you know who can remember your birthday and actually get you something you want? Artemis may not have been the smartest(and was definetely lacking in the bravery department), but he meant wel...
