Well whats happening with the 5.1 stuff redubbing new realese... is that in japan they started to sell all of the DBZ episodes across 49 volumes since november 05 and should be done realsesing them by early 07. Each volume has 5-6 episodes and is only avaliable in digitally remastered region 2 japan...

Yeah thats no joke its for real all 3 of the first movies redubbed in one box for one low price .

I thinks its because with very popular series there are many owners and gets pased down a lot so it can get more damaged.

I dont think anyone can say for sure when the fillers will end.

I really cant answer this 100% but I think that in one episode they would have Cell and Goku flying in the the air punching each other and and the next they would have them just standing still talking. I think what they might have wanted to do is get the attention of the people by using cool effect ...

Mine would have to be Fusion Reborn I really liked the new fusion and attacks by both Gogeta and Janemba.
