Interesting, do you have pictures of the anime part ? (because of being located in the Benelux I suspect the comic part to be the largest part, is it correct ?).

This paid autograph mecanism is originally born in the USA, maybe to cut down resale.
But this is a chimera, this will only increase the resale price of the charged amount.
