yeah in the current ebay system you can only leave positive feedback for buyers, not negative. It is very unhelpful for sellers, as the bad buyers don't get marked well as such.

I like your Clamp Campus Detective cels. I loved that 20 Masks manga and it was a fun arc in the tv show. I'm a big fan of magical project S and the ryu-oki closing cardboard cel looks awesome.

I love the Yoshitoshi Abe work, too. Haibane Renmei is my favorite.
