1. What was the best thing that's happened to your gallery/collection in 2016? Nothing super specific. I only bought pieces that I loved as opposed to liked. 2. What was the most surprising thing that happened to your gallery/collection this year? That would be the addition of the Akira manga color...

If time travel were possible, I'd go dumpster diving for Fleischer Superman cels; very few exist, because they were thrown away by the studio.

If I had the money, I'd collect Kenichi Sonoda Shikishi, vintage Disney artwork, and high-end Evangelion.

I bid on one of his auctions (before I saw this thread), which ended this morning. I was outbid last night (thank goodness), but when I went to check the results this morning, all bids had been cancelled with a message attached to the listing, which said that the item was unavailable, and not to bid.
