Can anybody please help me ID the cels?

I need some help identifying some cels, minus one sketch which I know where it is from, but trying to figure out if it's production or fan made.

We are fine here! We lucky though, because some places around us here in PA were hit and people were and are without power. Not even 10 minutes away from my house was power out and they are flooded and damages. For some reason in PA it got to some places, but not others, even though the storm was go...
