Beautiful cel. It has this interesting composition where it leads your eye from one corner to the other. The brown color is because the scanner's sensor doesn't have the neon pink in its color palette.

That's so cool. I love her outfit. I've been able to find cels and sketches of her in dresses and sweatshirts, but not one of her costumes.

I don't think there's a way to repair extensive vinegar syndrome, if that's what's going on here. The cellulose and vinegar have separated warping it. Microchamber paper might be able to slow it down. Don't put it near other artwork or the fumes will spread it to them.
