Re: Gallery Items with most hits

The most popular piece in my gallery appears to be a Battle Athletes sketch (696 hits), followed by a cel of ChaCha from the Akazukin ChaCha series (683 hits), a CCS cel of The Firey (667 hits) and my Agent Aika cel (658 hits). It does seem fairly weird to me, as i would have expected other items to...

Re: Small addition to my gallery.

Lovely update. This is my favorite: http://macroncels.rubberslug.com/galler ... mID=365427 Thanks! That sketch is also my favourite of the new additions. It's a really eye-catching, colorful piece. I was quite surprised to have won it at the auction's starting price of 15000 yen, as i was expecting...

Re: Small addition to my gallery.

Time for a gallery update! There's additions from a variety of series this time, including CCS, Marimite, Precure, Bodacious Space Pirates and several others. There's also a new section for original sketches by doujin circles. Most of the items in said section are somewhat non-worksafe. My favourite...

Re: Zenbu 58 - Mandarake

Thanks for posting pictures of the catalog, KLAUS! Looks like Super Robot season this spring. Lots of goodies for fans of Mazinger,Grendizer and Getter Robo in this BWA, as well as a large amount of older stuff in General. Being more interested in production art from more recent times (late cel-era,...

Re: I don't understand how this works...

From my experience, SMJ's sniping feature can't be used within the last 30 minutes of an auction, and it is at that point impossible to cancel an existing sniping bid. If the amount of money that's being bid on an auction exceeds the amount of your impending sniping bid, the auction will show up as ...

Re: Anyone else sign up for the Big Auction yet?

There appear to be a couple of very attractive rough hanken genga from CCS in the BWA this time, so i'm definitely in! The Akazukin ChaCha cel of Magical Princess Holy-Up (gotta love that name!) is very tempting too, as is the Gunslinger Girl rough hanken genga, so i might also make a modest attempt...

Question about an auction (Sailor Moon illustrations)

Earlier today, i bid on three auctions of what i think are original illustrations by a doujin artist, and have just won two of them, an illustration of Tomoyo from Cardcaptor Sakura and a set of 2 illustrations of Ami and Hotaro from Sailor Moon: http://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/161952250...

Re: Mandarake BWA Primer - request

The winter BWA is normally held in January though, so i'd be inclined to think that December 5th refers to the release date of the catalog, rather than the BWA itself.

Re: Small addition to my gallery.

Thanks for the positive comments, everyone! :D This Pretty Sammy hanken is really spectacular. Yes, some fan service, but I find the most impressive part is the way that Sasami's hair is made dynamic, almost as if it's turned into some kind of bat wings that are carrying her off into the air. Great ...

Re: Phoenix Gallery Update

the full metal panic sketches are awesome as well, the OP pan of chidori is very cool. I've not seen the seller listing any second raid sketches though, that was my favor season by far out of all three even though its only 13ep. I thought you would enjoy the Kaname items mate. For me, the image of ...

I've never gotten around to seeing the Trinity Blood series (and the somewhat mixed reviews of it have made me hesitant to do so), but those hanken genga are absolutely stunning. Fantastic additions, jenn-b!

Re: Small addition to my gallery.

Finally had time to add my recent cel and sketch purchases to my gallery today. Unfortunately no CCS additions this time, but certainly some nice things from other series. The Full Metal Panic section sees the largest number of additions this time, thanks to the recent flood of FMP sketches on Yahoo...
