Re: Richard J. Self (1955-Feb. 17, 2016)
Sad news indeed. :( I've met Richard several times at cons, he let me peruse through his cel bins behind the tables, just picking out whatever I want (since it's impossible to actually put everything in books). Not all cel dealers are willing to do that for their customers. And during the height of ...

Re: Wanting Samurai Troopers/Ronin Warriors Cel
Sorry I don't have anything for sale right now but it's nice to see someone still interested in the old-timey series.
Rekka, I don't know when you redid your site but just want to say I LOVE how you organized the categories! How do you even make RS do that?!

Re: Freezer method of removing sketches
I've used the freezer method many times, sometimes it worked great, other times, not so great. Really depends on the paint and how stuck the sketch is. (For some reason, red-ish paint gets more stuck than other colors) I put the cel on a piece of cardboard and put it in the freezer flat, for about a...

Re: Two identical CCS Movie 1 cels
You could very well have one of the cels from a rejected sequence. Maybe it's got something to do with scanning, but your cel seems to have a yellower tint to it than the Mandarake one. Perhaps they decided the color was off in that sequence and had to redo? They would then reuse the douga or create...

Sure does! http://ix.rubberslug.com/gallery/inv_info.asp?ItemID=353987 The cel the started it all! Got it from Anime Nation. I wish I had bought up all the kamidake cels they had at the time, thinking back on it. And yes to being able to put my hands on it in under a minute. Kamidake gets his very o...

Yeah, and ebay made it impossible for seller to leave the buyer a negative feedback too. They are really over protecting the buyers and screwing over the sellers.

Re: Don't get stung!!
And that is precisely the reason why when I sell on ebay I don't offer international shipping. It is outrageously expensive with minimal security. Although I did found out that they do have tracking on normal package now, not just priority or express. Although I think that depends on the country... ...
