What causes the vinegar condition? Is it just age? Or was it at some point kept in a terrible place to keep cels?

Yeah, I imagine anyone willing to pay that much wouldn't have an issue playing like $20 on shipping internationally...weird

If the 1 marker is 10cm which is what it says i think, than it would be about 28cm which is a normal cel size

and it looks like a legit cel to me, the ruler does throw me off too. I think its a full cel...but dont blame me if it turns up and fits in the palm of your hand lol
