Other collecting habits?

Just wondering if anyone collects other things besides cels. I know we are all addicted, crazed cel collecting maniacs, but is there anything alse you collect or are thinking of collecting? With the demise of production cels, I have thought about resin cast figurines. Some of the figures are absolut...

I imagine that it could be possible that the lottery system is used in case of a tie for the high bidder except in situations where one of the bidders assigns the item as his first priority bid.

I wish it was available on the Mac platform. Back before kids, I used to play 14-16 hours a day on weekends. Now have not not touched a computer game in 7 years.

Although I have not yet collected CG art/creative material, this is the order I would collect: 1. Original storyboards. These contain the creative heart and soul of the series as well as being unique creative content. 2. Layouts and background sets 3. Douga/Genga - only specific shots or scenes wher...

I got skunked on most of the cels I went after. Both cels of AMG's Skuld went very high. The OP cel went for an amount near what I expected. I certainly did not expect the cel from the Adventures of the Mini-Goddess to go to 60,000 yen. That's pretty crazy. Makes me happy that I was able to get my A...

The prices in general on all these Big Web Auctions seem to be crazy. I wonder if there are fewer people hooked into YHJ and other dealer web site where cels can be had for much less. Perhaps Mandarake gets far more of an international draw. I notice that some prices seem to increment up at odd time...

I'd love to see the CCS and AMG cels... Any chance some Kare Kano made it to the auction?

The last post feature seems to work for me now. What ever changes that were made since last Friday seem to work fine with OSX and the Safari browser now.

Just to let you know, I run Win XP pro and I have a problem getting the "View posts since last visit" option to work. The numbers that are displayed in the brackets change properly, but whenever I click on the link I get this message "No topics or posts met your search criteria"...

Problem with "Last Post" Feature

I am using MAC OS 10.3 and the Safari browser. Does anyone else have a problem with not being to use the "last post" feature of the discussion board. It seems that whatever cookie information is being transmitted seems to indicate that my last login time is the same time that I am currentl...

Honestly, can't say I saw any IY for sure. Thought I did though.. What stood out were the KareKano cels. They were pretty good shots.... Hmmm, that might explain the number of Kare Kano cels they had on their regular auction recently. I'll have to save my money. By the way, were there any CLAMP cels?

Definitely from auctions (mostly YHJ). It's been harder to find the cels I want from dealers except from personal sale.

If it is easy to remove without paint damage, I'll chance removal. If it looks too adhered, I'll leave them alone. One interesting method I tried was to get a piece of dental floss longer than the cel and try to slip it between the cel and the douga. Then using small sawing motions, try to separate ...
