There are backgrounds on eBay and probably YJ too I'm sure.
Also the cel collecting group on FB had a recent post on somebody who is offering to make commissions on backgrounds if you have a cel that needs one and you can't find it anywhere.

It's most likely regular paper and not microchamber paper. There are ways to try and remove paper if it's not too terribly stuck, in old posts here and on the FB group.

You can always just put in a maximum bid right before you go to bed. It's always best to wait until as late as you can, but if you have to do it a few hours before, could always be worth the shot. I am definitely a slow updater. I don't see any reason it needs to be rushed. I do scan as soon as I receive something, and then from there I might upload it to my gallery in a day or a year. Who knows? These days I am preferring to wait and post something until after I have the scene identified.
