If you need to think about how much a cel costs you don't need it. If you must have it then the cost will justify itself.

Personally I have never spent even half that amount and I have some pretty special pieces that I attained through vigalance and persistance. Maybe you can do the same.

I am current with what has been shown in Japan/ Fansubs and can tell you not to miss it. I would guess fan cel if for no other reason than the floor being painted on the cel. I don't recall seeing any cels that are real and are not almost entirely painted.

I have not been active lately because of the economy, but time marches on and I just passed 20,000 hit on my Rubberslug gallery and thought that it was special enough to me to say thanks to everyone that has visited in the past and hope that you will be back in the future.
