Try listening to stand-up comedy. I have sleeping problems too and before my ipod broke, I use to listen to good ol' George Carlin and Id fall asleep since my mind was fixtated on listening to what he said.

But, now Im without an ipod so whenever I go to bed i find that my brain wont shut up lol
