I'd say remove the "you moron" part of the feedback (it will look more professional without it) then dispute it with ebay.

As much as we all agree that he is a moron, Xellos and kymaera are right--it looks unprofessional. There are bidders out there who won't bid on your items if you consistently call names or Internet shout; i.e. WRITING YOUR RESPONSE IN ALL CAPS. :D :P :crazy

Does ebay allow you to alter your feedback once you have already given it?

I don't think so. But you can dispute fb someone's given you as well as mutually withdraw fb. The comments remain there, though.

I don't regret it. Sure it looks unprofessional, but I was extremely lenient with the guy and he leaves me a negative.

I'm sure you can only dispute feedback with Ebay if there's some offensive language in there or revealing information like contact information. But you could do a mutual withdrawl if both parties agree on it.
