Got my first negative for a stupid reason...

I'd say remove the "you moron" part of the feedback (it will look more professional without it) then dispute it with ebay.

As much as we all agree that he is a moron, Xellos and kymaera are right--it looks unprofessional. There are bidders out there who won't bid on your items if you consistently call names or Internet shout; i.e. WRITING YOUR RESPONSE IN ALL CAPS.

Yep, he apparently can't read.

Does ebay allow you to alter your feedback once you have already given it?

I don't think so. But you can dispute fb someone's given you as well as mutually withdraw fb. The comments remain there, though.

I don't regret it. Sure it looks unprofessional, but I was extremely lenient with the guy and he leaves me a negative.

I'm sure you can only dispute feedback with Ebay if there's some offensive language in there or revealing information like contact information. But you could do a mutual withdrawl if both parties agree on it.
