The seller replied and said the cel went back up in the gallery for sentimental reasons.

Thanks. It is terrible and when I saw it appear in the person gallery after telling me it was destroyed and then showing up in that person gallery. I went right to ebay and paypal and they said since person returned the money there was nothing they can do. ebay sucks and so does this seller. If you want to know the person id PM me and I will tell anyone who wants to know.

For your information the cel was damaged in shipping. How was I supposed to send you proof? I didn't even ship it out using the Post Office so asking them about it wouldn't help. I put it in my gallery for sentimental reasons. That is the old scan from before the cel was damaged. I refunded your money, what more do you want???? Read my Ebay feedback. I have never had a problem with anyone for giving them a refund for a damaged item. I would appreciate it if you would stop bad mouthing me for doing the right thing.

This person has stated the cel in your gallery is just the old scan the cel was damaged. I retract my post.
