I think the payment reminder is started when the NPB alert is filed and from then on he was 7 days to pay before the strike is made against him. You can send another invoice in the mean time though. ^_^

This guy wants to buy directly from me now and he is asking for me to request a payment through paypal. This is what he said.
I need a link to pay directly without having paypal but with a transfer monkey on your paypal account.
If you prefer send me a payment request by paypal.
Thanks
There isn't like, someway he can rip me off or something is there? I've never had to do paypal any other way besides just giving my email addy to the person and them sending me the cash.

There may be some way he can dispute the transaction through paypal and get them to reverse the charge. Likewise, if he pays with credit card, he can get the company to reverse the charge. If he does that, there's nothing paypal can do to fix it and you'll be out the money completely. I know this from personal experience. Honestly, I wouldn't trust him because of the things mentioned in this thread. Doesn't seem worth the risk.

Thanks everyone for adding information here.

I noticed you were bidding on that cute cel and I'm sorry to hear you were overbid by this guy. I really hope Jason will give you a chance at it. This guy will mostly likely not purchase it as has already screwed me and others out of money. Hopefully he will get banned yet again. 8O

I have just blocked his new name....
The toriyama-sama guy from france have only excellent feedback.
Are you sure it´s the same guy? I opened the block for him.
Because this guy´s english is much better than the fraud one.

Anyone have experience with toriyama-samma on eBay??
Thanks.
