Watching some of your DBZ Cels, I believe I saw them before, did the last buyer not pay for them?

Sadly no.

I believe the same guy burned me twice by using two different ebay accounts. Here are a couple threads that me and a few others have been discussing about the NPB.

I REALLY hope I get honest bidders this time round.

I've had to relist a few cels twice now thanks to this person. I've also tried second chance offers but had no luck there so things were relisted.

Ah yes, I had a feeling that it was that guy.
He was bidding on a lot of DBZ Cels a while ago.

Well anyway, I'm watching at least one of your Cels, if doesn't go to high I will be bidding on it.

I had him previously blocked but stupidly gave in and let him bid when he seemed so sincere. I'll definitely be looking out for this guy in the future now.

I just don't the understand why some people would go through all that trouble.

The Cel I was watching is going a bit high again, so I will have to pass.
