I'm trying to contact ebay user: maxfield22tru

Post by HotIce »

I've been trying to contact this person for several days, I've sent an email via Ebay, and a direct email to them using their paypal address. They paid for their item, I shipped the item... the item got sent back to me.

I used PayPal/eBay to print their shipping label, but it was sent back saying "NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESS, UNABLE TO FOWARD" . It's been 3-4 days, and I haven't gotten any response from this person.

Does anyone know them?

Or does anyone have any advice on the situation... Thanks. :)

Weird. Hopefully they'll get in touch soon, but you might want to contact eBay directly and explain the situation, just to cover your own rear. :?

Paypal Shipping will sometimes rearrange the Address and leave off the Apartment Number!

It's happened to me around 8 times... and I've had to write in the apartment number after the label has printed!

Is that what happened?

Nope... the address printed exactly as its shown on paypal. i double checked for something like that. I just don't get it. If I didn't get my item, and I was getting messages from the seller, I'd definately be reading and responding to them. I'm going to contact Ebay about this now, though.

Ebay's advice at least seems utterly useless. I swear they don't even READ the fucking message I sent. Their advice to me was to contact Paypal... and USE EBAY TO SEND THE BUYER A MESSAGE!

Maybe what I wrote is confusing...
I have a rather odd problem with this buyer. They bought the item, and paid for it quickly. I used PayPal to print the shipping label and I shipped out the item. The item gets sent back to me saying "NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESS. UNABLE TO FORWARD" I sent them a message via Ebay, and a message to their PayPal address. And they haven't sent anything back to me about their correct address. I posted a message about it on the anime beta cel forum, since this person bought a cel from me, and their feedback shows recent cel purchases as well. But this too has been to no avail.

Any advice on the situation would be greatly appreciated.
I just want this person to get the item they bought.... *sighs*

It's happened to me before. I just held the item and e-mailed them once a week by ebay message for like 2 months... And they replied and told me they had new e-mail and new address... etc. /ok

Bah. I have the feeling that they never do - they just look for a key word or two and send a rote answer. (Although I'm going to take a wild guess and say that they have NO clue what a cel forum is. :sweatdrop) The point is that you now have written proof that you aren't attempting to cheat someone, which, if it happened, would be an accusation that could cause problems for you later.

Beyond that, I think that the best you can do is what RoboFlonne suggests: keep trying to reach them at regular intervals.
