Cardcaptor Movie Fan Cel (Profile)

I have posted my Sakura Offering Hand fan cel on eBay as it's been quite neglected (no matte, no frame time as I have another very similar one). This fan cel is not one of my own works but has no signature so not sure of whom it is made. It is largely oversized at what I'm guessing to be 11x14 with "production holes" at the top. Not asking much, low start price. Help her find a new home!
