I am not actually seeing anything new - unless he
is doing it under a seperate ID. I haven't done
anything yet. I did cancel his bid on the Naruto
and Sakura set, and I did block him from bidding
on my other auctions, but I also sent him an
email explaining why I did and asking him to
verify that all is legitimate. Not sure if I will
hear back or not. I do know that I can't file a
claim with ebay for 7 days, so guess its all a waiting
game for me here on out.

The bidder only has one negative and 40 positive so maybe it is real?

There hasn't been that kind of activity on the part of that bidder before. I'm not sure I would trust a bidder who had just changed their ID either. Plus the amount of money they are trying to spend at once doesn't make sense. You'd think they would email the sellers first. They can't be so stupid as to think you won't check out their other activity. Or if you're taking Paypal maybe they plan to pay you with stolen credit cards. Who knows. If it were me I'd cancel the bids and report them. That's why I don't try selling on eBay anymore. Too much trouble.

Are they bidding on similar-type items, or is their bidding all over the place? And are you guys comfortable posting their user name(s)? I'm running some auctions right now and would love to avoid this person...

Four random thoughts.

One: They seem to have bought things that had multiple copies for sale as well as buy it nows, and bidding on regular auctions. Do scammers usually spread themselves out like that?

Two: The fact that "Inc" in their naem could be indicitive of them starting a buisiness. Maybe they're stocking up?

Three: Their previous ID show it's been changed 3 times since their last feedback was posted. That means that the positive feedback were left durring the first 5 name changes.

Four: The auctions they have won in the past were mostly from real pro sellers, massive feedbacks and sales. So it's not their friends beefing up their account. The feedbacks they subsiquently left for these sellers was possitive.

Maybe this person is just really flaky? I mean, I know people who seem to change their AIM name once a month. >_<

This person is 110% a fake bidder. After I cancelled out his bids from my auctions, I can see the amount he bid on. He bid $1000 on my $9.99 cels. So, yeah, RED FLAGS!

Well, I wish he would just answer my emails. X|
If it was someone whose account was hijacked, I
would think they would have contacted eBay about
it and eBay would have contacted the sellers. If its
legit, then I would hope that he would answer my
emails by now. I would like to re-list these auctions
if he is not legit, however, if I do, I am leaving myself
wide open to negative feedback. X|

I'm so torn as to what to do. I think I'm waiting to see if Pudge hears anything. Then I need help as to how to block certain bidders.

Whoa- crazy situation- sorry to hear guys, how annyoing can this be? I mean, even if he's legit, surely there's an easier way to get cels than by drawing so much attention to himself. Between being either a super richguy collector and a scammer, I think the odds lie more with the latter. :?

And his negative feedback reads kinda dodgey, btwn "threats" and "drama"------ overall its totally suspicious, I really hope it works out.
Keep on keepin' on Dilandau.

Eep, what a dilemma! Certainly sounds suspicious! There's a few good guys there, so maybe someone should let nichibeianime, animechaos_com, intenseanime & takamura-store as their auctions are still live.

What a hassle having to deal with this. Best of luck guys, lets just hope it's a lotto winner! :?
