Going by the pictures, Im guessing none of them are owned by the seller.
High starting price is to not get bids maybe.
What this seller is doing is offering items that are not their personal belonging. Once they get an offer for an item that is much higher than what its selling on YJ...then they would go in as a middle man and buy it off YJ and sell it to the ebay bidder. DBZ cels for example are being auctioned off by several different sellers on YJ. Its not from this ebay seller's collection.
If the YJ auction ended or they can't get the item. They would just refuse offers on it... Say its too low, or some excuse.

I'd say it's just a 'wee mark-up' considering the SM cel Bri was talking about:

is selling for only 800 JPY on YJThis is actually kinda funny I read this post because I thought this Sailor Moon cel they were selling was kind of cute:

Yikes! I didn't even look at the YJ auction! 0.0 I am in disbelief that some people manage to pull this off...poor newbie collectors who know not about Yahoo! Japan. I am more than happy to help newbs with Sailor Moon cel prices if anyone ever has a question! Wouldn't want you spending as much as you would on a bank cel for an 800 yen cel!

I think it is a BIG SCAMSparta101 wrote:Notice the winning bidder also has no feedback "dadadadaiki( 0 )" who in the right mind would pay that much for a doll like that? me thinks no one.

I think that magicsky_boutique knows dadadadaiki and if you think about it anyone could say that they got there item and REALLY didn't just so the seller could get feedback!!!
Is this kinda selling even allowed on e-bay??? I DON'T THINK IT IS???

And NOT to be mean the seller has BAD English and SO DOES the person who left feedback!!! Kinda obvious they know each other!!! You are SO RIGHT ZombieBunny for $40.00 shipping it should be at your place in an hour!!!ZombieBunny wrote:the doll ended on the 24 of Oct....and then the person left feedback on the 24 of Oct. Way to quick....
Although I guess for $40 shipping it should be that fast XD

You know it wouldn't be shocking if it were the same person
Seriously...we have seen ebay sellers do this before...so obvious! Beside the fact that they decided to put a fake bid on their cheapest auction to give themselves good feedback...wouldn't want to spoil the winnings by putting a fake bid on the 10k cel set ^.^
I sent them an email about the Sailor Moon cel and they haven't responded.

NO WAIT! They just put up a toy auction for, yes, $290,000!!!! They have true confidence in ebay. Perhaps some mildew that looks like Inuyasha will be up next for 1 million!
