Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh I remember her now!!!

I think Wendy had a problem with her about a year ago!! she scammed my cousin out of $500 through paypal but thankfully she got it back!

I didnt know her real name, just her ebay screen name! as she never put it in any of our ebay emails.

The first time a year ago, She told me that her mother was in car crash and that she would pay me after the hospital bills

she used a different email at the time, then she delisted her gallery all together! Thanks for the name Baylor... I think it would be in everyone's interest to just blacklist her, and since ebay doesnt allow buyers to get negative feedback, she may try to bid on people's items then come up with BS stories and never pay.....

why do you have a make an offer feature if your price are set in stone? That leads buyers on. I was going to make an offer.

I begged when I trusted you. I now know my trust was misplaced. A real collector would appreciate them as art not just profit. As for the refund, some of us wish to better ourselves by furthering our education and I was lucky enough to come into some money through motivation and hard work. I now have extra while I pursue my degree. I had just wanted a final negotiation before I sent you a large payment. I have already found my dream cel, completed I might add and that is why I didn't respond to you, that and the testimony against you. I have seen my share of demons in this life but you are a different class alltogether. You are an insult to the word angel and do not deserve the title. Good bye.

you are trying to get me to work out a payment plan for you but then all of a sudden you can give me a lump sum payment? And what did I do to other members???

apparently there are several other dealers and collectors she has been emailing through ebay. They said that if they do not offer her a payment plan then she sends them the qoute from the guide..LMAO!

Ahhh yes. I have dealt with that one before. She is banned from my auctions. I can't remember her name to save my life right now, but that makes no difference.

Oh, by the way, I found the guide VERY unhelpful. As a matter of fact, I found it so misleading that I reported them to Ebay

Please stop contacting me. This is a bit disconcerting to say the least. I have never had a cel gallery. I haven't been collecting long enough and don't have a scanner to put any images up. Look..this is dumb. I apologize for my accusations. I was upset. I don't know what you mean about hiding. I am only twenty years old. I only have two cels. I don't know how you know about my roomate's car accident but please don't insult her. She's done nothing to you. I will make a deal with you. I admit I jumped the gun. I have just been stressed out. I'm so sorry to hear of everyone's troubles with this eBayer. Thanks for the heads up about them though, judging by their feedback they don't seem like too bad of a buyer.

I never got to read their original 'guide' but they did change it:

I have noticed a lot of listings on ebay for animation/production cels. I have a few bits of advice for those new to this arena as I am still learning myself. Read listings carefully to make sure they are what you think they are. A lot of listings come only with a cel or douga. This is no reason not to buy as these items are collectible but make sure you are buying what you think you are.

I have been asked by a few potential buyers who were college students. And myself as well as a few other collectors here have offered a payment plan to them.
The thing about this person is that she is not only using the poor student bit, but she is using death in their close family as well as serious issues that are outrageous. She does not need cels to survive, she is using a growing obsession to try and manipulate everyone around her to get what she wants.
She contacts several people at one time to try and hoard these cels and keep people in limbo with money that she just does not have.
When I first started this hobby, I was a college student and I came to the realization that I couldnt afford to get the things I wanted at that time and decided it was better not to waste people's time, she doesnt want to get that, and is just changing, names, emails and situations to get these cels placed on hold for her.

How is she able to do this with ebay and paypal accounts though? Then again.. by the time we get her payment via paypal it would be too late once we find out her real name that way. You are hooked and forced to play her games. Kinda... i am sure you could retract your sale to her because she is not wanting to go with the terms of the auction.
