Same cel?

Is it just me or is this the same cel of Touga that Anime-link had for sale for a while?

I placed both pics on top of each other and they are excatly the same
thats my opinion.
I have noticed that the latest time its a fashion to buy cels from dealers and then putting them on ebay...

Yeah, I've noticed that too. Ultimately, people can do whatever they
want with their cels. But it is a little annoying if someone -keeps- doing
that. Because sometimes we buy cels and suddenly run into a problem
where we need money (let's say your car breaks down). But if the same
person keeps binging and purging on cels, it's hard not to notice and
it does bother fellow collectors.

If the seller is a dealer themselves, with a regular site, and they decide
to move cels to eBay in hopes of moving their inventory, that's a different
story. In those cases, sometimes a buyer can save some money and
the dealer makes a sale: win win.
