I need to change the universal info on my invoices but ebay just moved those options to their new 'marketing tools' section of you account. I go there and go to customize invoice but there's not option for changing it!! My brain is totally fried now after spending half an hour going back and forth through pages and the help forums at ebay with no luck.

Ok, I'm trying to figure out the best way to help you. I'm not sure what
info you're trying to change, which will determine where you will go on eBay.
Here are some potential answers that might help you.
If you're trying to change the invoice and checkout, go to the Marketing Tools.
There, you can "Customize Checkout & Invoice"
If that's not right, try looking under the "My Account" link. "Addresses" will
allow you to change what shipping address is associated with you as a
buyer and as a seller. This is incase you want your purchases shipped to a
different location than you would want to receive payments (if you were a seller).
This would universally change your address as it appears on invoices to buyers.
Also under the "My Account" link is the "Preferences" option. There you
can tweak all kinds of things about eBay.
I'm not sure if any of these are helpful. What info are you wishing to change?
