I'm disgusted....

the october 30th i have sold a reproduction cel of Sasuke , i have sent it the 31th and now on december 9th (!!!) The buyer ( richard etches AK junglist_001 on eBay )has put a reclamation on paypal , saying that he never received the package !!

But i have the proof because there was a tracking and i have the double sheet of this !! :) I always keep the proof of all my packages !!

so i think this guy had waited one month because now tracking is no more available on Postal service' site...and paypal has automatically keep from me the amount of the transaction....

I have just engaged a reclamation on paypal !
i hope they will give back the money to me...

Disgusted behaviour.....

I'm sorry that this happened to you.

I had a similar incident some time ago and had the money refunded to me. I emailed the buyer and let them know that, as an 9 year eBayer, I have seen very trick and scam of both buyers and sellers and am well prepared. Their response: "It was worth a try. :)"

I'm crossing my fingers for ya!

when the problem is resolved i will put him a negative feedback and i don(t care if he will do the same for me !!
We have to inform all the other persons who love cels that this sort of guy can do this....

I hope Paypal won't be blind....

My friends................................; It's inbelievable but bad buyer has gained cause with paypal and has been refunded by paypal

i have lost 111 euros ...... :cry:

i have sent the proof of my sending but paypal don't care about this

paypal is a silly system which protect buyers who can say anything without proof but don't protect sellers who have proofs....

I have engage a reclamation at my postal service but the investigation will last a very long time and with Paypal i had only 3 days..... :l

I have sent this to this bad buyer :

"Hi,

For the reproduction cel of Sasuke Paypal has refunded you

Yesterday I have engaged an investigation by Postal servive ( french and english ) to know what happened to this package because i have the sending proof.
This investigation will last between 45 days to 3 months and will give me the exact trace of your package hour by hour so...

If the package was really lost no problem....it's normal you are refunded
But If the investigation will say : package come to destination :

_I will engage a complaint against you ( I will take the european justice cour )
_I will engage a complaint against Paypal too for low investigation and passive complicity

I' m a professional seller and i'm not kidding with this, so i hope you didn't lie when you said you have not received the package !!
Because of you i have lost a very good product and lot's of money too , it's the first time i see that ( and i send more than 1000 packages per year all over the world without problem !! )

I've had the same problem with Paypal. I had tracking, insurance, and the receipt with the zip code, and the money was still refunded to the buyer.

Paypal is an imperfect system. On one hand, it's a great reassurance to know that, if I buy something and the seller doesn't send it, I have a 99% of getting my money back. On the other hand, if the buyer is dishonest, they have a 99% chance of getting the item and their money back, despite the fact that I have overwhelming proof of sending the package.

I wish you luck in the future, but, unfortunately, we're all bound to have some sort of problematic transaction sooner or later.
