Question about a buyer on Ebay ???

Post by dragon »

Hi,

I wonder if someone here have dealt with toriyama-samma on ebay from France and what experience you had with him.

Before it was a thread about a dealer from France, he was a joker that
never pays his item. Maybe this one is the same one.

toriyama-samma bid at my items and now he says that he have
problems with this bankaccount. And will pay me later.
I don´t know if I should believe him or not.
If he have problem with his bank, why does he keep biding
on auctions on Ebay?

Please help, I don´t know if I should make a second-offer for my items that he won from me.

Thanks.

Make sure you have waited the seven days and then you can offer it to the next highest bidder. Don't forget to file an nonpayment claim against him too. It'll give him a strike, and if he gets so many of those he'll get booted from ebay again.

hey dragon,
i started a previous thread regarding him:
http://www.anime-beta.com/phpBB/viewtop ... highlight=

he used an older ebay id for my auctions.

i was able to get him to mutually agree not to finish the ebay transactions and thus recoup my fees.

i've offered him a payment plan, he's accepted and the first payment is due very soon. i will let you know how it turns out.

proceed with caution!

gb

Yes indeed, It´s probably the same guy as before.
Ebay closed his account again. He claimed that he has problem
with his paypal account, that´s why he couldn´t pay.
I gave him my bankaccount number. He told me he will do a direct
transfer tomorrow.
I don´t want to judge him before tomorrow, but in some way,
I don´t trust this guy and don´t believe that he would pay either.
This guy is making all the Frence buyers a bad reputation.

Well guys, I will let you know later, if he went to the bank or not.

By the way Dro, have you though about any offers yet?? :^^:

Thanks guys for all help.

Well, well. Looks like the bastard was at it again. You're not the only one he did this to Fai. I had him blocked previously but after he sent me a very sincere email begging to bid on my auctions I let him bid. BIG FREAKIN MISTAKE!

After 3 days of auctions end I sent him a second invoice to remind him to pay within 5 days. Got a reply stating he was having paypal issues as they were investigating his account and froze it. I then replied telling him I would wait a few more days to see if the issue was resolved. After 5 days passed I emailed asking how things were going and he told me that he was now having issues with eBay!. I just replied once more tonight telling him I will wait until the weekend for things to be cleared up and if I don't get my money I would be relisting my items.

I'm not going to be nice anymore. I've totally had it with being jerked around.

I would be quite leary of this person for they seem like a scam artist.I would check your account to insure they do not use your account for identity theft or attempt to drain of your money instead of depositing to it. That's one of the main reasons I use a go between like paypal and I am willing to put up with their fees.

Wait, isn't this the same guy who was bidding on DBZ auctions & asking for payment plans? I remember it being a person from France. Someone was kind enough to warn me about that person when I had some cels up. If it is it looks like I'll have to add another bidder on my block list.

Yes I'm almost dead positive it is. I received another email from him today asking if he could pay for one or two of the cels now and pay the rest later when his Paypal account issue is resolved. And these emails are pretty much the same from the eBayer Goku_nazawa. This is the second time this guy has played with me and I'm really sick of it. I think I'll be relisting my items this weekend and sadly I'm considering not to let international eBayers bid on my auctions anymore. :?

Hi again all,

2 days ago, I told him not border to go to the bank, because I will do a second offer to the other bidders. Yesterday, I got a message from
him - To late, I have already done that. AAArgggg

I was force to write to those bidders I offered the second offer, what happend and the weren´t happy.
Because if he really does sent the money, I have to send the cels.

I got a new message today - I think the money will be in your account on monday-tuesday. please let me know when you have it.

Maybe he fed up with others seller that he actually have the money to pay me, what a miracle. But honest, I rather sell it to a great customer cheaper than dealing with him.

Sorry again Hyperamos, if you read this thread.

I will let you guys know how it goes.

Have a nice weekend all of you!
