Searching for a cel seen on Ebay

Hi there ^^

A few weeks ago I saw a gorgeous cel of Mephisto from Demon City Shinjuku.

I would like to know if it has been sold.
If it has, I'd love to know who got it t be able to watch it in the buyer's gallery.
If it hasn't I'd be more than glad to buy it but then I need to know who's the seller.

Could you please help me???
