to me this looks like a fan cel, I cannot even see a cel number.

Yeah it sure doesn't look like a production cel does it?

Maybe the description should instead read:

"I'm not sure if this was actually used in production or not" like you-know-who used to use all the time.

It is a fan cel it said it in it's description and it also said it comes with it's sketch so the cel was probably done to look the same as the sketch??? It is a nice fan cel though!!!

didnt see any cel numbers so assumed from the look of it that it's a fan cel.

Looks like it was a simple mistake by the seller. They've revised their description to read that it is fan made.
