Help with unknown guy making offers?

Hi,

Sorry it's been a while, I know I'm not around here much anymore.

Just wondered if anyone had dealt with the above individual Nate Palant? He's been hankering after some of my NS cels and made me quite a hefty offer for a couple of them and I want to know if possible if he's legit? Don't think I want to sell, but it'll change how I deal with him if he's not legit. He's not got a RS site as far as I'm aware, so there's no screen name I can link him back to, so it's hard to get a handle on him.

Oh well just turned him down. He's been civil so far, so I think he's legit. Though of course not having made a deal with him I couldn't really vouch for certain.
