I was wondering why the DVD turnaround had become slower, and now I know. That pisses me off and the more people find out about "Throttling"they may be too!

Woah, I had no idea about that "throttling" thing. I've never had a problem with them because I stay within the 11 rentals a month.

Throttling is not cool though.
