I'd recently gotten "reconnected" with anime, and had just finished Weiss Kreuz. And then worked my way through ebay and just finished getting most of the associated chachtkies. And then I saw a cel - unfortunately, I gave up when it went over $100. But that was a couple of years ago. I've learned better now!
I finally got that cel when it came up again 3 years later! I would have bulldozed anybody that got in my way!

I knew about animation cels from reading about animation and watching disney specials on the movies production as a child. I remember when I first saw one in person at the disney store and was saddened at the price for it. I never thought I would get an animation cel of any of my favorite shows at all if all of the generic ones were that expensive.
So far there is only a few people who bought their 1st cels from a non-ebay site. However I will not be the one to change the pattern
. My first cel purchase was a full body shot of majin buu. I never expected to get it soo cheap so I was very happy and wanted more. Later, I discovered rubberslug, AB and other sites while learning the secret to obtaining wishlist cels(it involves being polite and patient). I may never stop but only time will tell...
