She really confused me, I had no idea what she was talking about!
That's her job. :P

She's right, though. DC tracking only tells you when and where the package was accepted, and when and where it was delivered. If no one was around to accept delivery, it will tell you that, too. Basically it's just what it's called: delivery confirmation; not even worth the expense if the package is insured. :sweatdrop If you look again tonight or tomorrow, it should show up as having been delivered.

Delivery confirmation only gets scanned twice: when you send it and when it
is received at the destination. So, after you send it, it won't get updated until
it's received.

Tracking is only available with overnight/express services. It will be scanned
at all major stops along the way.

So, for example, if you send a package from New York to California, delivery
confirmation won't be updated until it arrives at California. Tracking will show
every stop. So, you'll see it go from New York to Texas to Nevada to Alaska
to Pennsylvania to Arizona and finally arrive in California.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Looks like Moop posted at about the same time. Delivery confirmation is only
really worth it for business transactions so you have proof of delivery in case
of a dispute. Makes it hard for the other person to say they never received it.

WOW! 8O Thanks for the help. I really thought packages would be tracked at each point it reaches until its destination. I must be getting EMS or another mail service confused with priority mail tracking.
