Or does it seem to be that EVERY TIME the EMS guy comes....You NEVER hear him knocking or even ring the doorbell? ESPECIALLY on Sundays?
I just missed a huge package b/c he didn't do anything, but leave slip in my mailbox -_-!
And...since I'm in a new neighborhood...I have no clue where the local post is, and there's so much scribbling on the orange card I dunno what it says ;.;!
I wouldn't complain...But this is 2 houses now where this has happened -_-!
Anyone else have similar problems, or is it just me?
Is It Just me...
I was out of my apt barely an hour today and missed my package (roommate didn't hear the knock as it was). The slip had 'Call' written for pickup hours, so I did later on, and turns out the PO that gets the Sunday express mail has regular hours today too. So I was able to zip over and get my cel.

Have you tried looking it up on usps.com? I'm pretty sure it's listed there in case you can't make out the address on the back of the slip.Ms. Poe wrote:And...since I'm in a new neighborhood...I have no clue where the local post is, and there's so much scribbling on the orange card I dunno what it says ;.;!

I thought the EMS packages came on the same route the regular mail comes.... turns out i was WRONG. The regular mail came around 12 and so i decided to leave to go pick up something for my nephews birthday. I was only gone for an HOUR and slip appeared on the door. Also someone was home.... I am starting to think that they do not knock at all. I was SO unhappy because it is tough for me to get to the post office during the week with my job and all. ~_~
I remember a time when the postman wouldn't even leave a slip in my mailbox! I knew the package had arrived only because the online tracking said the item had not been delivered because no one was home. I went to my local post office branch and there was my package, waiting for me. Conclusion: the French post is even worse than the US one

Even if my EMS package arrived, they will hold it for Monday's delivery.
