Hey all. Im upset and i want to vent and this is the anything forum so here goes.

I got a message from someone letting me know that i was in violation of the rules on rubberslug for having the words "For Sale" in my news section. This person also told me that if I didnt change it my gallery would be locked. OK i changed it. Did someone notice that the news was from 11/2006 and that no one who was a mod ever went to my gallery to tell me 2 years ago that I was in violation of the rules? No one even noticed it until i put up a post saying that I was selling everything and getting out of the game on here.

Do I really care. At this moment I do because I need to vent. But tomorrow I wont care at all. If I get anymore messages then I will permenately close my gallery and host my images myself and not give any traffic to rubberslug. Im not aiming this at you (the one that sent me the message) but aiming it at the mod staff at rubberslug.

So without further adu .... Buy my cels so that I can get my images off rubberslug and get on with my life.

Hey all that I havent seen in ages. I miss you all. I know I havent been around in like I said "AGES" but I will try to make an appearance more often then I have been.

Not sure who contacted you, but I am sure you violated the ToS

Nov 20, 2006. Law of the Land Part 2:

"No sales are allowed inside your personal galleries, blogs, or anywhere except the for sale page.Having "For Offers or For Trades" sections inside one's gallery is no different than putting an item up for sale except you don't name a specific price, but still one is looking to sell that item. As such there are not to be any mention of items being "For Offer or Trade" inside one's gallery. This removes the grey area and as such makes thing fair for everyone."

RS has a marketplace for such announcements, so whining about it doesn't really change the fact, whether you agree with the rule, statute of limitations or otherwise.

my point im trying to get across is this ... after 2 years of the news that its for sale in my gallery no one says a thing but as soon as i put a post up here i get a member of this community telling me to take down the for sale notice or i will be in violation. 2 years it was up and no one said a thing. 2 flippin years?

well what ever.

my point is ... nothing ever happens till you decide to sell something and then someone tries to stick it to you. I didnt post on RS that im having a sale ... its 2 years old and now im ranting and done with this.

Lock up this post please ....

I'll leave this thread open. No one else has to respond (I prefer no one does, actually), but I see no reason to begin a rant such as this and then shove it under the rug. Please think before you post here. Thanks.
