Someone living in Japan please help!!!

I am coming over to Japan in may and have some issues with power conversion. I have found the exact power pack for my laptop on the hp japanese website however they will not ship internationally.

I did also look at trying to get a plug that will transfer the the sockets however you can only do this for unearthed plugs (2 prong where my laptop is 3 prong) long story but noone stocks it anywhere, have been looking in travel shops and online!!!
